We want you to love your magical items from Cat Witch Ladies. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle refunds:
14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with any included packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at catwitchladies@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply with instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. If the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, we may deduct a portion of the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
